Hey kids, there's an awesome party tonight at the Richard Hugo House (1634 11th Ave, in Seattle). DIY MAKES YOU FLY! is an opening party and fundraiser for DIY ACADEMY 2006. You can learn more about DIY ACADEMY at:

but for now, all you need to know is The Pharmacy's playing, along with The Flex, Snowman Plan, Linus Kill Lucy and Luke Afrakkah-Dukkah, M.F. Doors open at 6, music starts soon after. There will be food and drink, crafts, kite making, games (including Pin the Tail on the Pegacorn), and a pinata shaped like a spool of thread! How quaint! You can also register for DIY ACADEMY classes and meet the class instructors.
Suggested donation is $5 at the door.
